Rolling in the Deep by Mira Grant
I don't know what to make of this short read. It is captivating, for sure. All I need to do is to read the first line and I am thrust back into the Atargatis. I am one of its passengers. But somehow, I was indifferent with whole thing. I think its because of the premise that some of the 'documentary' filming will be staged especially those involving the mermaids. Now that a documentary about a documentary is revealing the events that transpired before the disappearance of its passengers, I still think that everything is rigged.
The Blue Seas mermaids really got my attention. I've always wanted to be one but never realized the difficulty of becoming one.
